Mint tea: Home remedy for Cough, cold, throat infection and congestion

If you are suffering from cough, cold and throat infection or asthma, which requires you to use pumps having this tea, will reduce the use of pumps.

For curing Cough, cold, throat infection and congestion. It also provides relief from chronic asthma and allergy

Fresh mint or spearmint (characterized by long leaves) or pepper mind with short leaves.

These 2 varieties of mind have cooling properties and help cool the body.

Mint also help in digestion and cure cough

Drinking the Mint tea regularly helps in digestion and combats cough and cold.

Here are the details to make Mint tea:

Take

20 Fresh mint leaves

½  inch piece of Fresh Ginger

10 Tulsi leaves (Basil leaves) (Indian tulsi leaves are more effective)

1 whole peppercorn

Grind everything coarsely and make it as paste

Then add 1 ½ cup of water to it and boil the mixture, when the quantity reduces to 1 cup then take it off the stove and filter it.

Then add 1 tsp honey or as per your taste.

This is the Mint tea, you should have it warm.

Have 1 cup in the morning, 1 cup in the after noon and 1 in the evening, for curing Cough, cold, throat infection and congestion.
